John Lamb's role at A J Park is to set the firm's strategic direction and ensure its policies and procedures support the firm's commitment to growth and exceeding clients' expectations.

John leads a management team that includes Sean Neely, Marketing Manager; Frank Freemantle, Financial Controller; David Brown, Human Resources Manager; Dale Lang, Information Systems Manager; Kiri Bush, Auckland Administration Manager, and Leanne Cogswell, Wellington Administration Manager.

John has had over 15 years' experience in managing professional service firms. Before joining A J Park in January 1999, he was the Business Manager of a major New Zealand commercial law firm for over 10 years. Previously, John was Finance Director of Boots The Chemists (NZ) Ltd and he has an impressive financial and accounting background.
