Logan is a senior partner in the engineering and information communication technology team in our Auckland office. He specialises in patent and design law with expertise in most overseas jurisdictions and in New Zealand.
Logan specialises in international patent protection and enforcement for both new and existing products particularly mechanical inventions. Logan also has a strong experience in strategic development and guides IP policy and strategy with his clients.
Logan advises a range of clients from large New Zealand businesses through to start-ups and individuals. His clients include Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Ltd, and the unrelated Fisher & Paykel Appliances Ltd.
Logan is a member of the Auckland District Law Society, and a fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Patent Attorneys (NZIPA).
